Why would you start your entry telling people not to ask you for legal advice since you aren't a lawyer? Were you previously a lawyer? Have you provided legal advice in the past? Is it because the person you are vaguely threatening in the second line of your entry has done this in the past and you don't want to deal with that? I think it's better to just call out the person instead of potentially making everyone think you are talking about them. Unless you want everyone to think that you are talking about them. Or you could be targeting the person who drank your coffee which is stupid because you could just get a new coffee and besides, coffee is gross and you should drink something better for yourself, like tea or just plain water.
